How to Install Agency Power Valvetronic Exhaust Polaris RZR XP Turbo & XP4 Turbo

Removing the factory muffler.
Please Note: If your Polaris RZR is equipped with an aftermarket bumper/cage, removal of it may be required for installation.
Step 1: Remove the (4x) Torx bolts and remove the plastic shield from the rear of the vehicle.
Step 2: Remove aluminum heat shield. Its secured by two bolts located on the upper side of the heat shield.
Step 3: Remove the (2) exhaust springs securing the muffler to the vehicle. Use a hook tool to remove the springs. Keep the spings to be re-installed on Agency Power Muffler.
Step 4: Remove the (3) bolts located at the flange of the factory muffler. Once these are removed you can now remove the factory muffler. (Please note: the images used in this install guide are of the xp1000 and are only used for referencing the location)
Step 5: With the muffler removed you can now remove the aluminum heat shield and remove the upper exhaust spring that will no longer be used. Once completed replace the heat shield.
Step 6. Install the Agency Power Valvetronic Muffler. Use the steps above as reference.

Please note!
- Route all vacuum hoses and wiring away from heat or moving parts.
Sourcing vacuum for the exhaust valve.
Remove the rear engine cover and locate the vacuum hose “T” on the left side of the engine. This will be location source for the exhaust valve. Use the supplied vacuum connectors to tap into source.
