How To Install Agency Power Cold Air Intake Textron Wildcat XX
This Install Guide is intended to help with the installation of the Agency Power Cold Air Intake System on the 2018+ Cold Air Intake Textron Wildcat XX.
Untwist the 4 screw caps and remove rear cover.
Loosen 2 clamps on factory air box.
Remove factory filter by pulling yellow tab and twisting air box lid.
With lid and filter removed. Unbolt 2 bolts that connect air box to engine behind factory air box.
Once bolts are removed gently remove the factory air box.
Loosen clamp on tube behind intake tube.
Pinch tube to pull around intake tube to give access to clamp on intake tube.
Loosen throttle body clamp and carefully pull out intake tube. Be-careful as a hose is attached.
Unclamp and remove hose from intake tube.
For access to mounting plate. Loosen clamp on tube next to plate.
Follow that tube to just behind the shock and loosen that clamp.
Remove the bolt holding the middle clamp to allow to move tube to side. This tube does not need to be removed and will be reattached.
Un-bolt the 2 sets of nuts, bolts and washers on the plate and keep for re-installation.
With the Agency Power intake tube. Install the hose that was removed from the factory intake tube. And move clamp down to secure.
Place tube into position and put coupler onto the throttle body and tighten. The factory rubber tube will sit inside the curve intake tube.
Line the 3 plates up and reinstall the 2 sets of nuts, bolts and washers.
Re-Install factory tube that was loosed for access to the mounting plate. Reattach top and clamp. Attach bottom tube into coupler and tighten and then re bolt clamp into position. With one final tighten of both clamps.
Re-Install flexible rubber tube and tighten clamp.
Optional Install of Outerwears Pre-Filter:Β If purchased add the Agency Power Outerwear Pre-Filter to the Filter by pulling over the filter.
Place filter onto intake tube and tighten clamp.

Re-Install bed cover and to complete install.
What tool setup, i.e. size of extenders, swivel joints, etc did you use to remove the airbox?
I went thru a bunch of setups, none seemed right. took me about 90 minutes to get it out
Thanks for reaching out. For the airbox removal, we used an assortment of extensions and swivels to reach everything. This particular vehicle was raced and was missing a few factory pieces, which likely made it easier than a completely factory Wildcat XX.
