This guide is to help with the installation of the Agency Power Catback Exhaust for Ford Focus RS.

Install Level: 

STEP 1 – Locate the OEM Exhaust valve module at the rear of the exhaust system next to the driver side exhaust tip. Disconnect the valve and remove the 3 nylon locking nuts securing the valve to the factory exhaust.

STEP 2 – Align the OEM Exhaust module up to the new Agency Power Exhaust Valve Delete Box. Ensure the spring is seated properly in the groove and attach using the supplied hardware. (Product shown in images may vary from actual product)

STEP 3 – For easiest removal of factory exhaust we recommend cutting exhaust pipe at bend before goes over rear axle. Use a sawzall to cut pipe.

STEP 4 – Remove rear section first by disconnecting bushings from the 3 hangers. Do not damage bushing they will be reused.

STEP 5 – Unbolt the center section from factory clamp which will be reused during install. Remove pipe and bushing. Reuse bushing on new pipe.

STEP 6 – With old system removed. Place new system in hanger and check for clearances. Hangers may need to be adjusted for best fitment. Insert new tube into factory.  Tighten clamp. You may need to remove from hanger for easier fitment.

STEP 7 – Install slip fit into tubes.

STEP 8 – Place hangers in bushing and clamp pipe keeping loose. Allowing for movement and adjustment.

STEP 9 – Install V-Band clamp and rear section. Placing hangers in bushings.

STEP 10 – Place tip on and lightly clamp.

STEP 11 – Adjust piping and start clamping from front to back.

STEP 12 – Once to rear tighten clamps. May need to loosen and adjust. Be aware hangers may need to be adjusted for optimal look.

STEP 13 – Tight tip clamps.

STEP 14 – Re-attach the wire connector and use the provided hardware and existing holes to mount the Agency Power Valve Delete Box to the underside of the vehicle.

Installation Completed.
