Honda Civic SI FC3 / FC1 Intercooler Installation
The installation of the Agency Power Honda Civic FC3 / FC1 intercooler is a very straight forward remove and replace. The intercooler is designed a full OEM replacement utilizing factory hose and sensor connections. The intercooler is slightly taller with an additional row for more capacity to cool.
Start off your installation by removing the factory bumper. You will need to pull the wheel well trim.
On the upper part of the frame support, begin undoing clips and screws that hold the bumper to the radiator support brace.
You will need to remove the lower portion of the bumper clips that hold it to the frame.
With all the hardware removed, you will now be able to drop the front bumper gaining you access to the intercooler.
Start by taking off the intercooler hoses that bolt to the intercooler.
Removing any brackets that hold the intercooler in place.
The intercooler is now free and can be removed.
