Ford Focus Project Car gets new Safety Feature
We teamed up with Vivid Racing to help them with their latest project car. They have been doing custom builds for years. Their latest creation is a Ford Focus ST. The latest part that we added to this Frankenbuild is a bolt-in, powder-coated, harness bar that is an uncanny match in color. For year Vivid has been doing their custom builds on insane cars, realizing that although those cars are nice, most people only see those types of cars in their dreams. They decided to do a build that was a little more realistic. The new Ford Focus ST is turbocharged, economical, and it feels like you stuck a la-z-boy in it making the perfect project car.
Ford has been breaking into the tuning market for a while. The Focus was not really seen as a rally car, until now. The mixture of comfort and horsepower are nice, but if you’re serious about racing at high speeds, safety needs to be your first priority. The bolt-in harness bar takes 15 minutes to install so you can make it your daily during the week, and a racer on the weekend. This harness bar is still in the testing stage for the Ford Focus ST, however, if you have a FR-S or BRZ we have harness bars available for purchase today. We also have our Agency Power harness and diagonal bar for the Porsche 996 997 Carrera and GT3 Turbo. Here are pictures of the Focus install as well as the 15 minute install video.
