This Install Guide is intended to help with the installation of the Agency Power Lightweight Under-Drive Crank Pulley on the Volkswagen 2.0L TSI Engine.

• 2014-2019 Audi TT / TTS 1.8 TSI / 2.0 TSI
• 2015-2019 VW GTi
• 2015-2019 VW Golf 1.8 TSI / Golf R
• 2015-2019 VW AllTrack
• 2018-2019 VW Tiguan

REQUIRES VW T10355 COUNTER HOLDER TOOL FOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Remove passenger side rim and splash guard, bumper cap and lower inner fender liner.

On Audi S3 and Golf R ONLY – Remove the washer tank and pump to allow bracket clearance.

With a 16mm wrench rotate idler pulley bolt upwards so belt tension allows to remove belt. Then carefully release tension.

With a 24mm socket on crankshaft pulley bolt move the pulley clockwise to the top dead center position.

Using the mark on the timing chain cover and line up the pulley.

Once at Top Dead Center Do NOT Move When Removing Pulley and Bolt. Any Movement Will Result in Engine Damage. Do NOT Turn Engine When Removing Bolt.

With a 24mm socket on a breaker bar with the T10355 VW Counter Holder Tool (keeps engine from turning)

Hold pulley in place while finishing to unscrew bolt and remove.

Wipe some of the oil onto the timing cover seal and o ring on bolt.

Align the tooth on the pulley and the crankshaft.

Carefully hold pulley as hand tighten the bolt.

With a torque wrench and the T10355 VW Counter Holder Tool torque the bolt to 111 ft lbs + 90 degree.

Install the new belt follow same steps as removal. Be sure the belt is seated properly in the pulley grooves.

Audi S3 / VW Golf R ONLY – Re-Install washer tank and pump.

Re-install fender liner.

Double check belt clearance and seating.

Installation is now complete.
