This Install Guide is intended to help with the installation of the Agency Power Air Intake System on the 2015-2019 POLARIS RZR 900S | 1000S.

Remove engine cover.

Unbolt the 4 bolts that hold the rear section of bed in place. Keep for re-installation.

Agency Power recommends removing the seats for easier access to the 5 rear bolts that hold upper rear cover in place. Remove the bolts. The lower 4 will be re-installed at end and the upper center bolt will not be reused.

Gently lift and move cover out of way for access to the intake.

Loosen the band clamps on both sides of the air box.

Loosen the clamp holding intake tube to the throttle body.

Behind the air box are 2 bolts that need to be removed to allow air box to come out. Keep 1 bolt which will be re-used on installation.

Pull air box away from the intake tube. And remove from RZR.

Before removing the intake tube loose clamp and slide hose off.

Carefully from underside of RZR remove the factory intake tube.

Loosely install the Agency Power coupler for throttle body and feed new intake tube into place.

Put coupler on throttle body and clamp down. Leaving it loose until mount is in place.

Reinstall hose and clamp onto intake tube.

Install 90 degree coupler onto tube. Leave loose until mount has been secured.

Install mounting tube. Re-use the factory bolt re-installing into the hole on the driver side of the RZR.

Once tight place new coupler on tube mount.

Add filter and tighten clamp.

Tighten and check all clamps.

Re-install the cover. And secure on each side with the 8 removed factory bolts.
