Agency Power Mercedes BOV Spacer Installation
So you are looking to get that incredible turbo whoosh sound from your Mercedes 2.0L or 3.0L turbocharged engine? Well the new Agency Power billet aluminum blow off valve spacer is the way to go. Cars like the Mercedes CLA250, A250, GLA250 only use 1 valve where the 3.0T V6 turbo uses 2 valves. The blow off valve spacer goes between the turbocharger and the factory pressure relief valve. The design makes it very easy to install and because there are no moving parts, routine maintenance is not required. Here is the installation of a single valve on a Mercedes CLA250 engine.

Can you show instructions for changing the BOV on the less exposed passenger side of the c450 3.0 bi turbo V6?
To access the location of the BOV you will have to remove the bolts that retain the coolants lines place. This will allow you to move the coolant lines out of the way and gain access to the BOV.
The Part that you unclipped in the first picture, do you keep that off or do you put it back on at some point ?
It does need to be plugged in and clipped after the spacer is bolted into position. The grey clip locks it into place.
where do i find the area to install on a 2014 c300? can’t seem to get to it
On the W205 C300, the OEM BOV/BPV valve should be under the intake hoses. You’ll need to remove the three bolts to pull the OEM part off to install the BOV spacer.
How to I access the bov on the less exposed passenger side of a 2015 C400? Drivers side install was easy but I can’t seem to find the bov on the passenger side
The valve should be on the compressor side of the turbo. It is possible that the heat shield will need to be removed to access it.
