How to Install Agency Power Charge Pipe Polaris RZR Turbo

This guide is to help with the installation of the Agency Power Charge Pipe Polaris RZR Turbo

INSTALL DIFFICULTY: 

Remove engine cover for access to tube.

With cover removed find the factory charge pipe.

Toward the elbow by throttle body carefully un-clip the sensor harness.

Un-clamp the blow off valve and remove it from the charge pipe.

Un-clamp the throttle body clamp and intercooler clamp to allow to remove factory pipe.

Carefully remove the factory pipe.

If not using extra vacuum port use the cover and clamp.

Remove the bolt and sensor from factory tube.

Insert factory sensor into new charge tube and bolt into place.

Feed the new tube into place. Note: Make sure to keep blow off valve tubing on top of tube or may crimp.

Tighten intercooler and throttle body clamps once tube is in place.

Insert the blow off valve into tube and tighten clamp. Re-connect the sensor and close engine cover.

Congratulations you have completed the install.
